Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Central time Monday-Friday will generally ship the same day (except on holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Central time will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders will usually arrive in 2 days, sometimes 3 days depending on your location. (Chicago area - shipping will only take 1 day.)​
